Some ideas for ECOM's natural colours:

In addition to Ecom’s expertise in developing colours to meet clients’ goals, Ecom have also created natural colour extracts for specific markets e.g.

  • Annatto Extract NR4217 is particularly well suited to colour margarine where allowed. With a recommended dosage of 0.1% it is a very economical choice.
     
  • Paprika Oleoresins with enhanced light stability available in water and oil dispersible versions and several concentrations. Provides natural Paprika colour to a wide range of foods without risk of fading.

  • Turmeric Oleoresin NR3763 also contains natural rosemary antioxidant. Delivers a natural totally stable yellowish hue to sauces and dressings, processed foods, meat marinades and pastry. The inclusion of Rosemary  antioxidant preserves colour longer than standard extracts.
